During last year Mashford estates rebranded and changed the emphasis of its daily business, dedicating its time solely to the letting and management of residential property. Backed only by founding Director Jayne Mashford and trading from the Hyde Road Office in Paignton, Jayne found that business was and is increasing throughout the bay. With this in mind and the need for more capacity within the business, the opening of a second office within the bay has become a necessity.
This will enable the team of staff to dedicate their time more effectively, managing properties within their specific areas across Torbay.
In order to achieve continuity a second Partner John Moss has joined the company as Joint Director in order to ensure that both offices are led to the same high standard that our clients have come to expect from Jayne and her team. Both Directors and staff all have a wealth of experience within the industry and consistently update their knowledge by attending the necessary courses in new regulations and legislation.
The existing phone number will remain the same, diverting callers to their chosen office and the team of seven girls and the two Directors will be able to divide their time between both offices, ensuring that existing Landlords and Tenants are able to see and talk to the same friendly faces.
Our main aim is always to ensure that Landlords and Tenants alike are given the best possible service and with seventeen years of experience, we still remain an independent professional agent, priding ourselves with a friendly and professional approach.
The new office will open its doors on the 21st February and we welcome all prospective Landlords and tenants to join us on the day to take advantage of our opening offers.
